🔧 Production Steps
1. PRE-ASSEMBLY
Preparation and preliminary assembly of main components.Installation of compressor, heat exchangers.
Check completeness of parts and their correct placement.
2. BRAZING
Brazing of copper pipes in the refrigeration circuit. Performed in nitrogen atmosphere (forming gas)
to protect internal surfaces against oxidation. Brazing quality is critical for system tightness.
3. FINAL ASSEMBLY
Final assembly of all heat pump components.
4. WIRING
Electrical wiring of all components according to schematic. Connection of compressor,
sensors, control unit and protection devices. Check correct connection and cable fixation.
🔬 Test Records
1. PRESSURE TEST
Nitrogen pressure test according to SP16. Circuit is pressurized to 22 bar and after 24 hours
pressure drop is verified (< 0.5 bar). In case of greater deviation
the system must be repaired and the test repeated.
2. FORMING GAS LEAK TEST
Okruh je naplněn formovacím plynem (95 % N₂ + 5 % H₂) na tlak ± 6 bar.
H₂ detector is used to search for possible leaks at brazed joints. If leak is detected
repair and test repetition is required.
3. VACUUM TEST
Vacuuming is used to remove moisture and impurities from the circuit. After reaching the required
vacuum level stabilization check is performed. Vacuum drop indicates leakage
or residual moisture in the system.
4. VISUAL INSPECTION
Inspection of brazed joints according to SP18 and EN 12799. Inspection is performed at minimum 500 lx illumination
and verifies surface defects ≥ 0.5 mm (cracks, porosity, incomplete filling,
overflow, color change). Inspection result is performed and confirmed by qualified person.
5. REFRIGERANT CHARGING
After successful completion of all pressure tests, the circuit is filled with refrigerant.
Type and quantity of refrigerant are specified by manufacturer. Filling must be performed
by qualified worker with F-Gas regulation certificate.
